The SG360 GEM Awards, where GEM stands for "Great Employees Matter," is a distinguished recognition program celebrating the exceptional contributions of our team members. Awarded quarterly and culminating in an annual GEM Employee of the Year, these accolades honor individuals who demonstrate outstanding performance, reliability, and a positive impact on the workplace. Our employees are the heart of SG360, and through the GEM Awards, we express our gratitude and appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Recipients not only receive well-deserved recognition but are also presented with a $500 gift card, certificate, and plaque.
