Awarded quarterly and culminating in an annual GEM Employee of the Year, these accolades honor individuals who demonstrate outstanding performance, reliability, and a positive impact on the workplace. Our employees are the heart of SG360, and through the GEM Awards, we express our gratitude and appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Recipients not only receive well-deserved recognition but are also presented with a $500 gift card, certificate, and plaque. The GEM Awards underscore our commitment to fostering a positive and rewarding work environment, where the value of great employees is at the forefront of our company culture.

Jynelle started with SG360 on January 3, 2019. She started as a part time employee working only 3 hours per day. She quickly became a floater filling in where needed. Jynelle has proven to be a critical employee during Covid. She leads our Covid cleaning and prevention services which includes fogging at 11 pm every Wednesday night. In her short time with the company she has cleaned many different places including the ships on the Mississippi. She does an outstanding job and is always willing to go above and beyond what is required.

Leonard started with SG360 on February 19, 2018. He is our lead supervisor at our Nucor customer location. Leonard is responsible for all our safety and environmental training that is required by Nucor. He does an outstanding job and is always willing to go above and beyond what is required.
