Lenexa, Kan. – The explosive growth of Kansas City-based SG360 continues with an acquisition of Revolent Solutions Group (RSG), based in Tampa, Fla., allowing the company to expand its reach to the Florida & Virginia markets.
For more than 25 years, SG360 has specialized in janitorial, facilities services, and restoration services, serving the commercial, industrial, educational, financial, manufacturing and technology sectors across Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Tennessee. The acquisition expands SG360 into several new Florida and Virginia markets, including Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville, Melbourne, South Florida, and Richmond, Va.
Established in 2009, RSG provides janitorial services, construction cleaning, secure facility cleaning, high-rise window cleaning, painting, waterproofing, caulking, and high-rise building maintenance to Fortune 500 firms, property management companies, financial and educational institutions, and beyond.
“As we looked to expand to the Southeast, the opportunity with Revolent presented a perfect fit,” said David Harvey, president and CEO of SG360. “We quickly recognized how their strong customer base, tenured employees and similar company values would positively benefit everyone throughout our organization.”
With 1,000 employees, SG360 prides itself on its employee focus (the “SG360 Way”) by investing in the hiring and training process while providing best-in-class compensation to its staff. These core values allow for strong employee tenure and enhanced service for its clients. That focus continued throughout the acquisition by ensuring all employees were retained, including the 200 RSG employees who were added to the company.
“The whole process just felt natural,” said Bryson Raver, former president at Revolent and now executive vice president of strategic development with SG360. “This really was an advancement for our employees and simultaneously enhanced our technology platform, from which our clients are already benefiting. And by combining our two entities, we have a better opportunity to not only grow organically but to continue to deploy our acquisition strategy to current and new markets across the Midwest and Southeast.”
The acquisition allows SG360 to offer additional services to its current clients, such as high-altitude window cleaning, painting, waterproofing, caulking and other building maintenance services.
“Our two organizations complimented each other in so many ways,” Raver said. “We quickly saw the SG360 vision and the path they are on. By joining forces, this will allow us to grow at an even quicker pace.”
